I know that when I'm gaming, I always aim to have the best possible picture. Let's see if we can get your picture back to the way it was. Have you tried resetting your picture settings on the TV? Is the Xbox connected up using an HDMI cable? We’d highly recommend giving us a call at (877) 467-4289 as our support teams would be happy to help walk you through changing your settings. If this does not resolve the issue, you may have additional support options available to you under the manufacturer's warranty at the store, provided that the TV was purchased less than a year ago.
