Lip Sync issue

I purchased an Insignia NS-RCDXA3 Analog to Digital converter so that I can run my antenna coax into my Yamaha TSR-7850 receiver. It works fine except 1 channel does not sync the audio correctly to the TV. Any possible solutions?

Re: Lip Sync issue

Are you saying the left audio is out of sync with the right audio? What do you mean by "channel"?

Re: Lip Sync issue

I am using the Insignia box to run my coax antenna cable so that I have HDMI to my TV. By channels I mean the TV channels I'm receiving through the antenna. All of the TV stations are working great but Channel 69 is way off on the lip sync

Re: Lip Sync issue

Yeah if it's only that one channel then the lip sync issue is with the content provider's signal, not your antenna overall.

Only solution is to use the lipsync settings (Menu Setup > Sound > Lipsync > Delay Enable)

If it's set to auto and isn't solving the issue, you'll need to change it to manual and then you can adjust the difference by up to 500ms.

The setting works individually on each input so you can change it for Antenna in without affecting the settings you have for your Blu-ray / UHD / game console / etc.

I'll give that a try.

Thank you
