After getting 50 channels scanning the tv will not switch to live tv input to watch off the air channels. It just keeps going back to rescan the channels. Can’t manage the channels or anything

The TV should scan in two phases. One is analog although its an obsolete format. However Analog is not really dead as some channels broadcast on low power stations as required due to areas that may not be able to get other channels. 

Second scan is for digital. After that you should be good to go. Have you tried to reset your TV?

I have and what fixed the issue is. I disabled the network wifi connection. Scan the channels and they went in perfect. Then I enabled the Wi-Fi and reconnected. All
