hello,

I bought a 60' insignia tv a little less than a year ago. Since I bought it, the sound will occasionally cut out, and then turn back on randomly (sometimes 30 seconds later, sometimes 10 minutes). The tv is now also pausing netflix and backing me out of the tv or movie I am watching randomly, sometimes 4 or 5 times during a movie. I have tried unplugging and restarting the tv but this continues to happen. Any advice on how to fix this problem? I would try to return the tv, but it does not fit in my car. Please help!
