I was watching it the other night and the picture started going dark. I turned it off then on again. It was fine for a cpl of hours, then it went completely dark but I had sound! I unplugged it and left it alone. Then I tried it again. Still no picture but I have sound. What can I do? I don't want to buy a new one. Is there a part I can buy to fix it? Help!!!!

Thanks for connecting with us here on the forum. I don't think a TV will do you much good if the screen is constantly going dark. I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with your Insignia™ Roku TV, but I would be happy to try and help troubleshoot this.

Thank you for your reply! When you press the Menu button on your remote, does anything appear on the screen? Have you tried switching to a different input?
