Insignia ns-50df710na19 sound issue

My TV was working perfectly fine last night. I turned it off and went to work today and now my sound wont work at all. I go to settings and sound options arent even available, cant choose tv speakers option at all. I factory reset my whole tv and still nothing. Getting very frustrated.

We’d recommend reaching out to our support teams at (877) 467-4289. They’d be best positioned to assist you further. It sounds like general troubleshooting steps didn’t resolve this matter. You’re welcome to share an update with us though after giving our support team a call!
