If you haven't already tried it, I would suggest turning on the Movie setting under Picture Mode in the on screen menu. You can find more information on the available settings in the TV User Guide.
If this doesn't result in an improvement in the picture that meets your needs, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your TV picture settings.
