Insignia ethernet connection issues

I am trying to connect a fire/insignia/Toshiba to a wired ethernet connction.

When I go to the network connection software-- it requires 2 DNS servers. My ipconfig shows only one DNS.

My network provider says they provide only one DNS.

Amason Help desk -- gave me 2 DNS numbers to try. They are

138.68..29.183

159.203.58.150

The Amazon DNS did not work.
