My TV( model NS-32DF310NA19) keeps jumping from the show I am watching back to the channel guide. Any idea how I can get this to stop? I am on antenna TV and connected to internet.

Software version is Fire OS 6.2.6.9(NS6269/2372)

Fire TV Home Version is 6211059.1

What you'll want to try is resetting that television. You can do that by following these instructions:

Press Home, then select Settings. Select Device & Software, then select Reset to Factory Defaults.

Please let me know if the television stops flicking over to the guide after trying this.
