Insignia TV won't connect to internet

I bought this TV back in November 2017 from best buy. It has worked perfectly until last night. When we turned it on, it said it needed to be connected. It's normally always connected to the wifi. So we went to connect it, it said that it couldn't connect. We have the correct internet connection and password. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue?

If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling your TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for further assistance troubleshooting your TV.
