Random robot voices on any kind of device can be a tad freaky! Thank you for reaching out to us and for joining our forum community. We’d be happy to see what troubleshooting steps we might be able to offer for the sake of everyone’s sanity.
Can you please share what troubleshooting you’ve attempted? Have you power cycled your 39-inch TV? Alternatively, have you reset the TV back to factory settings? We look forward to your reply to learn more about which steps you’ve already taken.

It sounds like your TV may have the Audio Guide enabled. Thank you for your response so we could pinpoint the issue a bit further. You should be able to turn off this feature by selecting Settings>Accessibility>Audio Guide>off from the TV’s Home screen. For future reference or if this issue happens again, the directions are located on page 68 of your owner’s manual to turn it off. You’re more than welcome to review that manual here.

Is it still talking when it’s off? Do you have a sound component connected to it? We’d highly recommend giving our advanced troubleshooting teams a call at (877) 467-4289, if you’re still experiencing an issue.
