My Insignia TV/Roku looses the wifi connection all the time. Everytime I try to watch Netflix or Youtube or something else, it stops the videos and says its not connected to the internet.
All the other devices (computer, phones) work well with the internet. I've been using the computer to wacth Netflix or Youtbe and I've never had any problems with the wifi connection.
To make sure it wasn't anything else wrong, I changed my modem to a new one.
Searched a lot foruns and it seems a lot of people have similar problems with the TV.
Tried turning on and off modem and TV a lot of times, done system update, done system restart, done factory reset, changed the ping thing on TV... nothing seems to work.
The TV is only 3 years old, it shoudn't be having any problems yet, it is not that old.

Welcome to our community, OSW.
It sounds like you've been very thorough in your troubleshooting. If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling the TV by turning it off and also unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.
If the problem persists, your TV will likely need repairs. Since your TV is less than 42", you can pursue service by carrying your TV in to your local Geek Squad. You can schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy."
I hope this helps. Should you have additional questions or concerns, please be sure to let us know.
