The only thing that looks like it may be a model number are two stickers in with the batteries. Those numbers are C091503 and 1067BC3-0001-R. I have two comcast remotes in my home and these numbers are both different from the second remote. I hope this helps.

The model number you mention for your Insignia TV does not seem to be valid.

A similar model number exists, model NS-14FCT.

Will you please confirm the model?

If it is NS-14FCT, I'd recommend you to try code: 0463.

Should this code not work, please try the codes listed for the following brands: Orion, Emerson, Memorex, Sansui, Sylvania and Zenith.

Keep in mind not all functions will work; in most cases you will get the basic functions, such as Power On/Off, Channel and Volume Up/Down.

I have a NS-LDVD26Q-10A and I need help getting the code to get it working with my AT&T U-Verse remote.  I don't know the brand of the remote, it's jus the default one that comes with U-Verse DVR's.  Thanks.

your code 10463 does work for power on & volume & channel changes while in TV mode

Are there any alternate codes needed to get the TV input button to work? as i have to use the Insignia remote to switch inputs. Be nice if it could all be on one remote...any fixes or alternate codes for the RC23 outright other than 10463?

In addition to the TV model number, we require the remote control manufacturer and model number.  This information should be on the remote control itself.

Thanks for the model number and for the feedback on this matter.

The truth is, in most cases (with most brands) both cable and universal remote controls can only provide basic functionality for compatible devices.

The basic functions are: power on/off; channel up/down and volume up/down.

Other functions are generally unavailable in such remotes and will only work using the original Insignia remote.
