Hello, MY,
Welcome to our community, and thanks for reaching out. Having your audio drop while watching TV is super annoying. I'd like to see if I can help troubleshoot this.
To get started, does this happen no matter what input you are using? For example, does it happen both when watching television and playing video games or viewing Blu-Ray movies?
In addition, are you using the TV's speakers or an external audio solution?
Sincerely,

The TV is not connected to anything but the WiFi. I just use it for Netflix and it has been working correctly until today.

Hi, MY,
In that case, please give Insignia support a call at (877) 467-4289. We'll see if we can offer any in-the-moment troubleshooting and see what repair options may exist if that doesn't help.
Sincerely,
