Hi, Keira_kagay,
If you need to do a return or exchange, you should be able to at your local Best Buy, as long as it is not closed due to the pandemic. You can do that without the box, if you no longer have it.

Thanks for telling us why you feel transporting this TV cabinet to a store is not an option for you. While not the answer you’re hoping for, if wanting to return an item via mail, you will need the product to be in a sealed box for the transport. Using your forum registration information, I believe I may have found your original order and it looks like a replacement is being sent to your home. Perhaps you could use the box from the replacement product for your return if you want to do that via mail.
