Insignia Sound

I have model NS-50D510NA17and have been having trouble pairing my remote with the TV. Everything works except the sound. This all started after hooking up a sound bar, which i eventually removed and am just using the TV. I have used all the codes for the paring and nothing works to control everything.

 

I have tried resetting the TV and nothing seems to fix the sound. I ended up buying a new remote and the sound works with that but not the rmote with teh TV box.
