Hello,
I have an Insignia Roku TV model NS-50DR620NA18. I don't really use the Roku functions very much. I have a Fire TV connected to one HDMI port and Tivo Streamer box connected to another HDMI port.
It's worked great until this past week, I turned it on and the signal from the Tivo box was black and the picture would flash for a second or less and disappear, going back to black. I assumed it was a problem with the Tivo box. I rebooted it. When it came back, it was doing the same thing. I checked the Fire TV and it was doing the same thing. I rebooted the Roku TV. No change. I tried different combinations of HDMI ports. No change. I unplugged the TV overnight hoping something would reset. No change when I powered it back up. I found instructions for resetting the HDMI ports. No change. I did a factory reset. No change.
The Roku OS boots fine and the picture is fine until I try and use an HDMI port. The TV is out of warranty. I'm hoping that there's something that will help without having to get it repaired. Does anyone have any Ideas?
Thanks.
