I was watching TV through the coax cable and all of a sudden my screen went black. I have model number NS-43DR620NA18. I dont have any HDMI cables plugged into this TV and I dont have an ethernet cable plugged in only the coax. I followed the troubleshooting recommendations by unplugging it for up to ten minutes, factory resetting it by pressing the reset button, and changing the outlets/cables, but it is still black. I have not seen any solutions that work in the forums for my model. If anyone has the answer please let me know thanks.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums, and for being an Insignia customer. I'm sorry to hear that your television went blank on you. Having something like that happen isn't ever fun.
Are you getting any power to the TV at all? Is the power light on, and do you get sound?

Have you followed all of those troubleshooting steps cvaughn1 posted above? If not, please give those a shot. If that doesn't help, please let me know.
