We’d highly recommend reaching out to our troubleshooting teams at (877) 467-4289. They’d be best positioned to assist you further if updating, power cycling and resetting the set was not fruitful for you. We hope that they’d be able to shed some further light on what settings or issues may be at play.

Thank you for your message. We ended up taking the TV to Best Buy since we had bought the warranty. It is on the way back from repair and hopefully we'll get it back this week. I know that they had to replace a part. As soon as I pick it up, I will get some more details and post it here. Maybe it can help someone else.
