I recently bought an Insignia NS-55F301NA22 55" UHD (4K) and in the last couple of days it has developed an uneven grey bar across the top of the screen. It stays no matter what display setting I choose. Is this something I can fix, or do I need to return the TV to the store.

Thank you for taking time to reach out about this and welcome to our online community! Congrats on your purchase! I'm saddened to see that it's running into some issues. More than likely, this isn't something that would be resolved via normal troubleshooting steps. But, it definitely can't hurt. I would recommend checking for software updates, run display diagnostics through the settings, and potentially a power cycle (turn off the TV, unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in and turn it on). As mentioned, this seems more like a hardware issue. But, it can't hurt to eliminate some possibilities.
