Just unwrapped and mounted. Turned TV on and all the movies under comcast cable movie channels (like HBO) has the black edges on top and bottom. Directions say to go into display, then picture size (turn off auto aspect first). The default was native. Tried 4:3, wide 1, wide 2, wide 3, and full, and none of them fills the screen up/down and right/left. Wide 2 comes closest, but still leaves some on top and bottom. When I change to comcast non-movie channel or view the guide, the picture is all enlarged so that I have to click it back. I'm just trying to get the tv to fill the screen always and then set it and forget it. This should be a simple fix, but don't see it yet.

Thanks for joining our forum and making your first post.
It's always nice to get as big of a picture as you can without the image getting too distorted. To try and change the picture, press and hold the Home button on your remote until the Quick Settings menu opens up. From there, select Display > Picture Size > then change setting. If things are grayed out and you're not able to select them, change the setting for Auto Aspect to Off. If things still aren't looking right, you can try to completely restore your TV's settings to the way they were right out of the box by pressing Home, then selecting Settings, Select Device & Software, then select Reset to Factory Defaults.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may want to consider contacting Insignia™'s support teams at (877) 467-4289 or through the online contact form.
