After Amazons latest FireTV update the TV will glitch and black out after 5-10 minutes. Anything I can do about this ?
We've already power cycled, factory reset. It will be fixed and then kicks back in after a while.

There's a lot of factors that could contribute to this. It could be a connected device like a cable box, Blu-ray player, audio system, etc that's causing the issue as well. I would recommend unplugging all external devices and then trying to use the TV as you normally would. If everything seems to work now, then you know it's not the TV itself. You'll also want to make sure if you're using a sound device, like a sound bar, that it's set up properly as this could black out the screen. If none of these ideas work out, you can try reaching out to the manufacturer through phone, email or chat to get support. Or, if it's still within return policy, we can absolutely swap this out if it seems to be defective (past the recent software update).
