TV was working fine, now I have audio but no picture. Hit the input button on the tv but screen stays black. Universal remote turns it on and off and controls channels and volume but no picture or setup screen. Is there a factory reset I am missing? Anything else I can try?
I just set this TV up last night, so this is fresh in my memory. Take your Insignia remote control and press the "Menu" button. Scroll to the right and select "Channels. Then scroll down until you see "Audio only." The description for this option is "Play the audio with the picutre turned off." You want to change that setting from "On" to "Off." Hope that helps.
