Insignia FireTV won’t connect to wifi

Model#: INSIGNIA_NS-50DF710NA19
I bought this during Black Friday weekend and have had no serious problems with it. I used it last night to watch YouTube and other apps but suddenly, this morning I turn it on and it shows that everything is disconnected from the wifi. It said, “Your TV cannot connect to the Amazon Cloud services. Features that require internet connectivity have been temporarily disabled.” Now I know something must be wrong with the TV because the wifi is working on every device in my home except for the TV. And it happens over night! I tried factory resetting, didn’t work. After restarting the TV multiple times, it says that the the TV is connected to wifi but not connected to the internet. Explain? Please help.

Thanks for joining our community. I know how important it is to be able to have your TV connected tot he internet, so I'd like to see if I can help out here.

 

Thanks for taking the troubleshooting step of resetting the television. Even though other devices are working, you'll also want to try to power cycle your router. That will often fix issues like this. Please let us know if it doesn't help.

same here. now i gotta go through the hassle of retunring this crap
