Help... I have an Insignia_NS-50DF710NA19 a few days ago my TV started not being able to play shows in apps like prime, only Netflix then today it has no sound on any application. When I go to settings it says tv speakers are off but doesn't give the option to change to on. I even asked Alexa to help and she couldn't. If I plug in headphones I hear fine, just not practical. I unplugged the TV for several minutes and plugged it back in this didn't help, I plugged in headphones and unplugged this didn't help. Has anyone actually find a solution to this, today was the first time my headphone port has been used so probably not broken. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to our community, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that your television is having issues.
The first thing you’ll want to do is reset it to factory settings. Press Home, select Settings, go to Device & Software, and Reset to Factory Defaults.
If that doesn’t help, please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289 to see what options there are for additional troubleshooting.
