My Insignia Fire TV is stuck on Choose your Language screen. I lost the original remote and have been using the FireTV app on my phone. The app can't find the TV because the TV is not totally ON yet. Help!! Can this be returned to Geek Squad even though we cant go inside of the stores right now?

For this issue, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance with troubleshooting your TV in real time.
Currently, our stores are not offering on site repairs or product intake for repairs. You can find more information via Getting Support from Best Buy.
