I purchased an Insignia - 43" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV last November, until recently I have been quite happy with it, but sine the last firmware update I am having a problem with the media player audio, I have none. I have changes the USB drive and the USB cable and while I have a perfect video I have no audio, not even thru the soundbar unless I use a Bluetooth headset and that is not the way I want to watch the videos I have.
Is there a solution?? A little help will be appreciated

Generally speaking, the USB port on your TV is intended for use with a flash drive for JPG image slideshows and not for video playback.
With that being said, for this query I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your connection.
