Insignia Fire TV Screen Issue

I bought my Insignia Fire TV back in September and I’ve had a reoccurring issue with the screen going out. Sound will continue, buttons work, but there are lines all over the screen and you can’t see any sort of picture. Sometimes I can just unplug and wait ~1 min and the issue is resolved. Sometimes it won’t happen for weeks and other times it’s daily and it takes several times unplugging to get the screen functioning again. I haven’t seen this issue anywhere online so I’m hoping someone can help.

It has a 1 year warranty thru insignia. Give them a call 1-877-467-4289
