I purchased an Insignia 55" Fire TV from Best Buy around Christmas of 2018. Besides minor hiccups, the overall function of the TV has worked smoothly. However, I ran into a peculiar issue and am unsure how to proceed.
I had my Insignia Fire TV on an entertainment center in my living room working fine. Next to the entertainment center, I set up a smaller Insignia TV with an actual Fire Stick that I purchased from Amazon. After going through the pairing system for the Fire Stick on the smaller TV, it seems that somehow the Fire stick remote was paired to the smaller TV & the Insignia Fire TV. I thought nothing of it as both TVs still seemed to be working ok.
Fast forward to this morning, and the Insignia Fire TV is kaput. At first, the entire TV wouldn't turn on. I had to unplug and plug it back in just to get the TV to turn on. Now, when it does finally turn on, it does not move past a black screen with "Fire Tv" and " loading" dots underneath. It seems to be "loading" endlessly. The power button continuously flashes blue. I have no access to the TV, no ability to reset it, or do anything to it. All the remote does is turn it off and on. Other than that, it doesn't move past the black "Fire TV" loading screen.
I have tried everything. I tried to reconnect the fire stick to somehow gain enable control, removing the fire stick from proximity, de-registering the fire stick, unplugging and plugging back in the Fire TV & the modem, using different outlets, and nothing affects the loading screen on the Insignia Fire TV. I am not even sure who to call to potentially resolve this issue. Would Geek Squad help? Is this an Insignia issue? Amazon problem? If anyone has experienced this odd problem and could provide any guidance it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome tot he Best Buy Community forums. Thanks for reaching out to us about this. From the sound of it, this may be a main board issue.
That TV should come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. If you bought it in late 2018, it should still be covered. You can give Insignia a call directly at (877) 467-4289, or reach out to Geek Squad at (800) GEEKSQUAD or (800) 433-5778. Hopefully we can get a repair completed for you.
