Hello,

Our Insignia Fire TV 55" - Model NS55DF710NA19 -  keeps resetting to Live from any menu option. This just started happening last night. We purchased the TV this past November. I can't even get to the Settings menu before it reverts back to the Live menu.

Any ideas?

Now more than ever, having a TV that is under your control and not its own is important.

If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling the TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.

Additionally, the kind of issue you've described can sometimes be due to your remote control. Try this: remove the batteries from your remote, press all of its buttons and install fresh batteries. This will solve most remote control issues.
