Hi, I’m not able to connect the device to my account under google home. I am getting following error: “Problem connecting to cloud. Please try again later.” I purchased this yesterday from bestbuy and since then I’m getting this error.
I want to use this item and don’t want to simply go and return it.
I have already tried resetting couple of times by pressing the on/off button for nearly 12 seconds and then tried. I have also tried using other phone. The only display I see is “SET” and nothing else.
