Hello,
I purchased Insignia 58 inch during thxgiving 2019. I am using its in built firestick to connect and access registered NEtflex account. However during netflix show, TV suddenly pauses. To make it worse, after such incident TV loses sound complely. THis sound is lost at hardware level i.e. I cannot listen youtube on tv or even when I went to sound setting it showed sound control disabled. This kind of resolves after 5-10 mins after a power reset. THis is annoying.
Is there any help or fix for the same. This is still under warrently but its painful to carry unpacked 58 inch to store.
Thanks
UC

I am having the same issue too. Did the support team fix your TV issue.

Called insignia support as suggested in previous messages. The rep had me restart my tv then told me that because the tv is a smart tv and therefore is connected to the internet, "there will be sound issues as it buffers." Literally no help and no other fixes offered. Like everyone else, I purchased this tv on Black Friday 2019.

The support team is of no use. They don't seem to understand the problem. I think Best Buy/Insignia already know about this problem and decided to clear the stock using Black Friday 2019 sales. Despite all this trouble, the headphone cable workaround seems to work, so I'm glad it is not a total bummer.
If you don't know already, keep an old 3.5mm headphone cable nearby your TV. Whenever the sound goes off, simply plug the headphone cable and take it out. The sound will be back again. Better than restarting your TV or struggling with useless support!

Yes. Correct. Calling Insignia support is waste of time. Bestbuy or Inginia support try to find permanent solution for this.
