Thanks for joining our community. I'm sorry to hear that your television is experiencing audio issues.
Do you have any headphones? If so, try inserting them into the headphone jack in the back of the TV and then removing them. That may help out with the audio problem.
If that doesn't help, please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289 for some troubleshooting.

@johnkeerthipaul, thanks much for the fix! What a wierd way to tackle the issue but it worked for me. No thanks to Insignia for not fixing this issue.

As mentioned above, please try inserting a set of headphone in the headphone jack and removing them. That may help fix this. If it doesn't, please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289 to see if we have any other ways to help out.
