I meant the bottom right corner of my message, Where it says private message. Insignia will be the best team to contact. for trouble shooting.
My assistance will be verifying if television is under warranty or if you purchased Geek Squad protection plan. If neither are valid, I still can set up appointment to have Geek Squad look at your TV for repair at your expense.
