Insignia 55" screen display too large

The screen display on our Insignia 55" television is too large. (Model #MS55L260413)

We put Aspect ratio to normal and turned off Overscan, and the picture is still larger than the screen.

HELP!

Hello Sunshine4,

Welcome to our community.

Based on what you've described, it sounds like you will need to adjust the video output settings on the device(s) you have connected to your TV.

I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.

Re: Insignia 55" screen display too large

Hello John, thank you.

How do I adjust the video output settings on the device(s) that are connected to my TV?

I am really not sure of what your are suggesting.

Thank you for your direction.

Re: Insignia 55" screen display too large

Hello Sunshine4,

Thank you for your message.

It's not always possible to get the best picture by adjusting TV settings alone. Each device, whether a disk player, a computer, a game console, etc., has it's own settings, including how the video and audio are sent to your TV.

The settings options will likely vary between devices. For specific instructions on how to check and/or update your video output settings, I would have to refer you to the respective owners' manuals for the devices you own and have connected to the TV.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please be sure to let me know.
