Insignia 55" firmware update & Blue Screen/Tint



    I hope this post finds you well. Can someone help me with these two issues please?


#1: Where would I find a firmware update for the 55 " Insignia TV Model#: NS-55D510NA17?


I need the most recent firmware update because I've never updated my TV since I bought it in 2017.


(Its NOT on the Insignia' Product website, believe me, I've looked. It says "Discontinued" and there are no more links except manuals. 






#2: MyTV now has a "Blue Tint" on the screen and I tried to "Power Cycle" the TV, but it doesn't work...


Can someone please help me with both issues? I would greatly appreciate your time in this matter. Thank You

Generally speaking, your TV firmware should install automatically when and if a new update becomes available. 


With that being said, and with the second issue regarding the blue tint to your TV screen, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your TV.
