Watching something on TV is a great way to get through the winter weather, but I can imagine it would be less enjoyable when the audio isn't syncing up with the video! That's not the experience we wanted for you, but we appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.
Sounds like you've already tried some great ideas, so I'm sad to learn they didn't fix the issue. If you haven't already, I recommend reviewing our troubleshooting steps outlined in the article Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide. It's full of tips that help correct common TV issues that can come up, so hopefully one of those steps will correct the delay between the audio and visual.
If you give those a try but are still having trouble getting them synced, can you provide me with the model of your Insignia TV so I can look into this further?
