We bought the Insignia 55" Fire TV this week.  Great TV.  It was easy to setup, streaming is smooth, the picture is nice and clear, and everything seems to be working, however...

...When I press the Settings (gear) button on the Insignia remote, then navigate to the Picture option, the remote only allows me to select Reset or Backlight.  "Contrast", "Color", Brightness, and Tint can't be selected.  Surely this isn't normal behavior. 

Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance...
