Insignia 55" Class LED 4k UHD Smart Tv and Sonos beam

I bought this insignia TV (Model:NS-55DF710NA19) a few months ago and am gernerally very happy with it with one large exception.  I play my tv through a sonos beam connected to HDMI.  Whenever I turn my TV off and back on, it has disconnected from the soundbar and is silent.  The only solution I have found is unplugging the tv and plugging it back in.  I am hoping for a better solution as this is tedious and inconvenient.

Welcome to our community, skraps11.

 

It sounds like this might be a handshake issue between the TV and sound bar. I would recommend turning the TV on and once it has full started up, turn on the sound bar.

 

If that isn't successful and the problem persists, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your TV and sound bar connection.
