Bought a new insignia 55 inch fire tv a few weeks ago and I am having issues with the audio. Occasionally it will turn the audio off itself or when i turn it in it will have no audio. I attempt to go into sound settings but it is faded out so I cannot select it and I am unable to go put the tv speakers on in Audio Output.
