Insignia™ - 55" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV EditionTV - purchased Jan 2021
Twice this weekend I had to do a "Hard" reboot of my tv to get to Home screen showing apps. Twice when we turned on tv it was a blank screen (No Apps or graphics at all).
verified power/wifi all functioning as expected
1 - turned off TV
2 - unplugged and counted to 10
3 - retried and worked.
Surely this is not expected behavior and I should not need to do this multiple times in same day to simply watch TV. Purchased in January and no problems prior to this. Please advise
