Hi,

My Insignia Tv Video has blacked out all off a sudden while using chrome cast. Please help in this regard.

I don’t have a cable connection to check whether the sound is working.

There may not be much that can be done over this forum. I would bring the television to your local Best Buy with an appointment to see the Geek Squad so they can take a look at it. With it being 43 inches, you are within the size where they would be able to look at it in the store and get it sent out to their repair center to get fixed if you would want to do that.
