Insignia 43” Fire TV

Hi there ~ purchased new a few days ago. I’ve done great setting it up but cannot seem to locate my ‘old’ Channel Guide (Spectrum Cable). I tried the Channel Scanning ‘advice’ and still get nothing. Any and all help is much appreciated. Presently, have antenna cable running from cable box to ‘antenna’ input in back of tv. Did I do something wrong ? ~K

I have the same problem. I can’t get any of my cable channels

Not being able to locate your channels would certainly be a hindrance! Assuming you've ensured you've selected the appropriate inputs you're each using, and it sounds like you've attempted the Channel Scan (Settings>Live TV>Channel Scan), we would encourage you to contact Insignia for further assistance at (877) 467-4289.
