I bought this TV about 3 years ago. From last couple months, The volume on the TV goes up and down and get muted by its own. The problem get worst now, It is changing chnnels itself and changing to antenaa mode and some times turning off TV itself.
Solutions will be appreciated.

Welcome to the Insignia community. That certainly sounds like a frustrating way to try to watch television.
Can you try to take the batteries out of your remote to see if it is the remote causing this? If these things stop happening with the remote not working, you'll just need to replace that.
If that doesn't help, please get back to me with the model number of the television. I'll see if we can do any additional troubleshooting once I have that.

Since that television is still having issues, please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289. We can work with you to see if we can troubleshoot this.

I did call the number you gave me. The person does not know the troubleshooting at all. I know its hard to solve on the phone, but he is simply not able to give a solution. I asked him if he is new, please give it to someone else, and he simply hang up the call. Waiting to get call back.
