Insignia 39' Fire TV Problem

Back in July I purchased the Insignia 39' Fire TV and have had no problems thus far. In the past week I have had the critically low storage pop up happen every five minutes or so making me unable to watch tv. I deleted basically all of my apps and this didn't go away so I did a factory reset tonight. When resetting I was stuck on the language screen and my remote wouldn't work at all and it wouldn't even turn off the tv, while the tv continued to make a beeping sound. Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Welcome back tot he forums. I'm sorry about the issues you're having with that television.
