Every time I turn on my Insignia Tv is turned on it seems the Overscan option gets set to "On" and so I am forced to go into Menu-Picture-Advanced video and the set Overscan back to "Off". Is there a way to save this setting such that whenever I turn my TV on, Overscan remains as "Off".
Thanks for your help

Hello Ray,
Thank you for your message.
It's my understanding that your TV should retain your preferred settings even after it has been turned off. Your settings may be lost if the TV is removed from power however.
What is your signal source (e.g., antenna, cable/satellite box, computer, etc.) and how is it connected to your TV? Any additional information you can provide will help us help you.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks John,
I have everything hooked up to a control 4 unit which someone from magnolia had installed and programmed for me. Not sure how the control 4 unit is turning the TV off/on, do you know what I need to check?
