My Insignia TV flashes the red light 9 times when I turn it on. Then it asks me to choose my input. I choose HDMI and hit ENTER and it accepts it. Then it asks me to choose my language. It comes up as English which is what I want but it freezes and wont let me choose it or even scroll up or down the choices. The remote works in MENU to scroll up or down and ENTER things but feeezes every time when I try to choose a language and wont let me proceed.
