I appreciate you taking the time to share the situation with your Insignia 32” Fire TV with us. Although this is not my area of expertise, contacting the Insignia directly at (877) 467-4289 to see what other options you may have available, may be the route to take. I know we have some protection plans that cover accidental damage, but those are for phones, tablets, etc. For more information, you are able to access any Geek Squad Protection Plans you have purchased by logging into your account, using the drop-down arrow by your name, and clicking on Your Plans & Memberships under the Services and Support section.
You may also want to schedule a reservation with a local Geek Squad agent to see if that is a possibility. You can also click on this link. If there is a fee to look at it, they will be able to advise you how much that will be. Let me know if you have any other questions.
