So we just bought the fire tv, and there appears to be a thin white light on top of the screen. It doesn't block anything, but is it normal? I do have a picture I could send if needed. What do I do to fix it if this isn't normal? A 2 year warranty was purchased, but I sure would hate to have to drive back if I don't need to.

Thanks for checking in with us here on the Forums. The light you have described is quite unusual. Send over the model number of your TV so I can look into this further with you. Also, is the light covering the entire screen or on a particular spot?
