Just got this soundbar and I've had a handful of problems so far. First, I connected it with bluetooth and there was delay, so I tried to RCA cables that came with the speaker, and those didn't work. So the only other options was connecting it via a digital optical cable, so I bought one of those and the audio was fine for about 5 hours, now there's a serious delay, maybe about 1 to 1.5 seconds.
Again, the soundbar is the Insignia 2.0 Channel soundbar (exclusive to Best Buy, woohoo) and my TV is the Insignia 55" 4K Fire TV.
